10/10 Experience at this location. The front staff has always been welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. They’re always ready to answer any questions I may have regarding the packages/new services offered. Shaylene has done all my facials so far and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and provides a step by step run down of what she is doing and why. No complaints at all, the treatments have always been great and benefits my skin at the time of the appointment. I’ve always been following her after care instructions which have worked out well - I deal with acne and dark spots and over the course of the past few months it has improved significantly. Highly recommend giving this spot a try if you are considering. There are also different packages suitable for your schedule and budget! You are never forced to purchase anything making it easy to just take a look around the store and purchase what you feel is necessary.

10/10 for the heyday Cobble Hill location! I’ve now gotten 2 facials at this location from Bianca and they have been nothing short from amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and talks you through the entire process. Also a plus for her awesome personality as it feels like much needed girl time. I would highly recommend

Run don't walk to Heyday's newest location in Cobble Hill! I had a 50 minute facial with Amanda and it was so amazing. She was attentive and knowledgeable, letting me know which types of products we were working with and what their benefits are. The owner Ashley was on-site, and she was super friendly and caring, answering all of my questions. I loved my experience here and will definitely be back!

You must come! My face hasn’t looked this consistently amazing without the help of Juan. I have come to this location ever since it opened, after following Juan from the NoHo location. This location is smaller than others, but the rooms feel massive in comparison! Everyone is so friendly and open when you walk in, and i am always offered water or tea! If you’re looking for an aesthetician that takes care of your face, tailors your facial to your needs, and gives you results, Juan is your girl! I have been with her for more than 3 years, but if that’s not enough to convince you, I book out my appointments out 3 months in advance cause she books up so fast! She always knows what to do that is best for your face, and i appreciate that when it comes to products, she doesn’t push anything she doesn’t believe in. She also only recommends anything when you need it an you let her know you need something. Overall, i love heyday and my experience here, and will follow Juan anywhere!

I love the quality of the facial and always leave learning something new about how to continue taking care of it. I love how nice my esthetician is and always feel relaxed with her. I like the music, the chairs are comfy, and the little neck massage always adds the most amazing touch. I was having a very stressful week and was late to my appointment but everyone was kind and I felt renewed by the end despite literally running into the studio.
